Hume & Company warranties the entire structure on all treatments for drywood and/or subterranean termites. Depending on the target species. The entire structure is covered. Even new infestations that may appear during the warranty.

OUR FUMIGATION WARRANTIES COVER:
• Two years on the entire structure, extendable to two or three years.

OUR SPOT TREATMENT WARRANTIES COVER:
• One year on the entire structure, up to two years with upgrade.

OUR PRETREATMENT WARRANTIES COVER:
• Ten year warranty on all wood destroying organisms
• Annual inspection for the life of the warranty
• Product used
• Maintenance & Repairs
• Transfers with sale of property

ANNUAL INSPECTION
Within thirty (30) days of the anniversary date of this agreement, the company will notify the property owner of the date and approximate time that the annual inspection will be made. Property owner agrees to have a person present to make all areas open and available for inspection and-or water intrusion.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
The necessary maintenance or repairs recommended by Hume & Company, Inc. to deter any future wood destroying pests or organisms, including termite and fungus are the sole responsibility of property owner and are not covered under this agreement. Maintenance or repairs recommended by company shall be completed within 180 days as required, this agreement may be terminated and voided in writing at the option of company.
